Nestled in the heart of Miami Gardens, our home was built in 1974, purchased as a young couple in our 20s, not fully aware of what we were getting into. Over the years, we’ve nurtured our family here, built fulfilling careers, and created countless memories raising our children. Now, as empty nesters in our early 50s, we’re excited to open our doors to the public. While it’s not a new build, our home exudes warmth and character, showcasing unique features that reflect its history. From the cozy living spaces filled with natural light to the backyard where we spent countless evenings, every corner tells a story. We’ve embraced updates over the years while maintaining the charm that makes it feel like home. We look forward to sharing this special place with you, where comfort and nostalgia meet.

🏡 House Rules The minimum age requirement for the primary booking guest is 30 years of age. Primary booking guest must be present for check-in and entire stay. Host is not responsible for third party disruptions such as utilities including power outages, outside digging, WIFI or other weather hazardous conditions. Host strong suggest guest obtain travel insurance as there will be no refunds or such disruptions or other. 1. No parties, large gatherings, or events. Violations may forfeit the security deposit and result in eviction. 2. Guest Limit – Occupancy is limited to a maximum of 8 TOTAL guest. Only registered number of guest are allowed overnight. If the Owner concludes that this policy has been breached, the Owner reserves the right to expel the entire party with no refund. 3. Pets – Dogs only (≤25 lbs, 1 dog max). Fee: $200 per stay. Dogs must be flea/tick-free, not on furniture, and waste cleaned. Unauthorized pets may forfeit deposit. 4. Quiet Hours – 11 PM – 7 AM. Renter and their guests shall not disturb, annoy, endanger (fireworks), or create inconvenience for neighbors nor use the premises for any unlawful purposes. 5. CARE OF PREMISES/DAMAGES: NO SMOKING or VAPING PERMITTED IN HOUSE. Dispose of outdoor cigarette waste properly. Automatic eviction plus forfeit of deposit and rental if violated. Renter agrees to pay the Owner for any damages to furnishings, household items, or pool that occur as a result of Renter’s occupancy. This will include payment of any additional cleaning charges over $100.00 incurred due to Renter’s occupancy. 6. Check-In / Check-Out – Check-in 4 PM, check-out 10 AM. Late check-out: $150/hour after 10-min grace period. 7. Security Cameras – Exterior cameras only. Tampering cancels reservation without refund. 8. Pool – Swim at your own risk. No glass, alcohol, pets, or horseplay. Never swim alone. Dry off before entering the house. 9. Maintenance & Service – Lawn, pool, and pest services may occur during your stay; emergencies may require access. 10. Air Conditioning – Adjustable via smart thermostat (70–80°F). 11. Barbecue Grill – Clean before/after use. Grill tools provided. 12. Furniture & Flooring – Leave items in original positions. Guests are responsible for damages. 13. Power Outages – Thunderstorms may cause brief outages. 14. Hurricane Policy – Outdoor furniture may be moved. Travel insurance recommended. No refunds for mandatory evacuations or early departure. 15. Pest & Mosquitos – Regular treatments; keep doors/windows closed to prevent pests. 16. Key Fob Notice & Gate Instructions - By using the key fob, the guest assumes full responsibility for it during their stay. Failure to return it at checkout will result in a $500 fee. 17. Stays 10–25 Days – Additional mid-stay cleaning required. Pets must be secured. Long-stay guests may need to sign a short-term lease. 18. INDEMNITY CLAUSE: Renter hereby agrees to Indemnify and hold the Owner harmless from any and all claims, including those of third parties, arising out of or in any way related to Renter’s use of Property or the items of personal property provided therein.  Renter assumes all risk of injury or other losses relating to any recreational activities, including the use of the private swimming pool on the Property, and will hold Owner harmless with respect thereto. **Acknowledgment** By booking this property, guests acknowledge and agree to abide by these rules. Failure to comply may result in additional fees or eviction without a refund. **Important Note** These rules help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.
